Rental suggestion

looking for a 3 month (approx.) rental starting Jan 6th 2014 to April 1. Must be under 900 Euros including utilities per month. 2 retired Canadians, non smokers like to golf. Would like rental either in or very close to town centre for walking and window shopping. Will have a car rental therefore need rental unit with parking. would like the terrace to face south - south/west exposure. also need a BBQ. We have small but very nice home here in Canada. Our first time to the area therefore would like something nice. If rental is outside of town then a gated community is fine. I have said the area of Marbella but could be Estepona, Puerto Banus, Fuengriola or any other suggestion. Please forward ideas with pictures, location and any links available.
